Unbox
Remove the ball, foot pump, plugs, and size guide from the box. The ball arrives folded — unfold it before inflating.

Inflate
Insert the pump nozzle into the valve. Pump with your foot until the ball reaches your chosen size. Takes 2–3 minutes.

Seal
Remove the pump and insert the plug firmly. Leave the ball to settle for 24 hours and top up pressure if needed.

Train
Use for core exercises, yoga, pilates, office sitting, back rehabilitation, or physiotherapy. Guide included.

EU right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
Return conditions
- The ball must be uninflated and in its original packaging
- The foot pump must be unused and in original condition
- Items showing signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How to return
Email help@lekhanashala.shop within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return in acceptable condition, to your original payment method.
Faulty items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund in full at no cost to you.
